Vegetables Soup

Makes some Vegetables Soup in your Home


1. Chicken Vegetables Soup

Materials :

6 cups of chicken
Chicken breast meat 1/4 cup
Vegetable (papaya, carrot, potato, mushroom, babycorn) 2 cups
Noodles 1/4 cup
Corn Flowers 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce half teaspoon
1 tablespoon of testing salts
Oil half teaspoon
Salt half teaspoon
White pepper half tea spoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon chopped green chili
Ginger and Garlic chopped 1 teaspoon.


Stock made:

Add 1 chicken bone, 16 cups of water, 1 kg of carrots, 1 onion chopped, 1 garlic chopped,  ginger chopped 1 tabspoon and 1 teaspoon of anise in a pan and put on stove. When it comes 8 cups then filter it and stock keep aside.


Chicken with soy sauce and keep it half-an-hour for marinating. Keep cutting vegetables. Heat the oil in a pan and grind ginger and garlic and give it a little bit of meat and vegetables. If the water is dry after boiling it, keep some stocks . Then put the noodles, salt and soy sauce. When it blossoms, add the corn flour with the rest of the stock and stir it frequently. Serve hot with the end of the testing salts,  white pepper powder.

2. Cauliflower Soup

Materials :

2 cup of cauliflower
Salt 2 teaspoons

Testing salt  3/4 teaspoon
Aarrute 1 table-spoon.
Egg 1
Black Pepper a little bit
Soy sauce 2 teaspoon
1 tablespoon of vinegar



First, separate the flowers from the cauliflower. Cut the data long. Cut out all the parts except  flowers. Boil the flowers with 5-6 times of water. Add salt and testing salt. If the cauliflower is boiled, add ararut mixture. Sprinkle eggs, salt and black pepper together and keep stirring slowly. When the egg is finished, soup will be remove from heat and add soya sauce. Add white vinegar. Now serve.

3. Chicken Vegetables clear Soup


Vegetables likes your own wish.

1 Carrot (cut into cube)
Cauliflower 1 cup
Broccoli 1 cup
Cabbage 1 cup

Onion leaf 1/2 cup

Papaya slice 1 cup

1 cup of chicken cubes
1 Onion chopped
Oil 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Testing Salts 1 teaspoon
Chicken stock cubes are available to buy in the market (2 pcs in 1 pocket.)

Coriander leaves chopped


Cut vegetables.

Heat 1 liter of water in a pan and boil  for 5 minutes and then  remove from water. Now heat oil in a pan and add onion chopped and chicken cube. After some time add 1and 1/2 litre water.

Then add chicken stock cube, salt, tasting salt and cook for 10 minutes.

Now add all vegetables and cook for 5-6 minutes , then remove from heat.

Coriander leaves chopped add for garnishing.

4. Chicken Mixed Vegetables Soup

Chicken 1 cup (1 inch long thin slice cut or choice) without bones
Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste half a teaspoon
Garlic chopped 2-3 pieces
White or black pepper powder half tea spoon
Green chili 2-3
Salt to taste
Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon (will)
Oil 1 and 1/2 tablespoon
1 Onion cube
1and  1/2 teaspoon of Cornflour


Broccoli 1 cup
Cauliflower 1/2 cup
1 Carrot slice
1 Capsicum cut by cube
2 Mashroom small size cut into 4-5 pieces
Onion leaf
Coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon


First, grind ginger and garlic with chicken, salt, pepper powder, sour sauce and lemon juice and marinate for 10 minutes and then boil  with 3-4 cups of water. Now keep chicken stock  the chicken separately.

Soup stock can use as your favorable choice.

On the other hand cut all vegetables and wash them and boil it. Then pour  into cold water. As if the color of vegetables is not changing.
Then heat the oil in a pan and add the onion after 2 seconds add  garlic paste. Take a little bit of chicken and take a few seconds and then add vegetables to the water. Add salt. Cook on medium flame. After time add chicken stock. When it will be blossom then add cornflower. Add coriander , onion leaves and green chili for garnishing.

5. Grilled Cheese and Vegetables Soup

Materials :

Tomato(medium 6)

Carrot chopped half cup

Cabbage chopped 1 cup

Oil 2 tablespoons

2 tablespoons of onion chopped

1 Bay leaf

Cornflower 1 tablespoon

2 Cinnamon

2 Cloves

4 black pepper

4 Peas (boiled) half cup

1 Tomato chopped

Sugar half cup

Cheese chopped 4 tablespoons

Salt to taste


Make a big piece of tomatoes. Blend it with 5 cups of water and stir it. Heat the oil in the saucepan and onion and bay leaf fry for a minute. Grind carrots and cabbage fry for another 1 minute. Now add  scratched tomato juice.

Cornflower mix  with a little water. Keep cinnamon, cloves, black pepper,  in a thin cloth and put on soup. Boil 20 mins with 2 teaspoons of salt. Once boiled with peas, tomatoes, sugar and little pepper powder. Take out the stove from the oven and spice up.

Add cheese chopped for serving.
