Chicken meat 1 kg ( or take 8-10 leg)
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Nutmeg a little amount
Jayotree ⅓ teaspoon
Any nuts paste or grinded 3 teaspoons
Cinnamon 2 Pieces (½ Inches)
3-4 Cardamom
3-4 Prunes
Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Cumin paste 1 teaspoon
Chili 6-7
Tomato sauce 2 tablespoons
Sour yogurt is less than half of a cup
Saffron colors is less than a pinch
Salt to taste
Butter 100 gm or Oil 1/3 cups
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Onion chopped 1 cup (for frying and keep aside)


Chicken should be washed well.
Mix ingredients except fried onion chopped, sugar,prunes and green chili.
Now keep aside for 2 hours.

Now heat butter in a pan and fry the chicken but the chicken take without marinated masala. I say, first the chicken take out from marinated masala.

When the chicken will be fried then add masala.

Now cover it. When the water gets dry, it will be  oily then add fried onion chopped, sugar, prunes and green chili. Keep then 10 minuets on low flame.

after it will be ready to serve.
If you want to serve with polao, khichuri, white rice.
