Noodles roll recipe makes your kitchen

Noodles roll is one of most delicious in all. Basically noodles used as fried or deep fried. But nowadays noodles also used as various delicious snacks.

Here is some recipe of this.

1.Noodles spring roll

Ingredients:

Capsicum chopped   1/2 cup
Spring onions  1/4 cup
Cabbage chopped   1/4 cup

4-5 Cowpea chopped
1 packet instant noodles
1 packet test maker
Tomato sauce   1 cup
Oil   1 tabspoon
Ginger and chilli chopped 1/2 teaspoon
Chat masala  1 teaspoon or taste
Salt to taste

Note:

1. You can take your favorite vegetables

2. Chat masala makes from dry red chili, cumin,black pepper, dry mango powder, ginger, salt, fennel seeds, Bit salt.

Method:

First, take 1 tabspoon of oil in the pan and heat it. Add the capsicum and cook for few minutes. Then add cowpea and  fry  well and keep aside.

Now add  instant noodles with 1 cup of water and cook. Add test maker,ginger paste, chat masala and 1 and 1/2 tablespoon tomato sauce. Keep cooking well. When it will be cooked then remove from heat.

Now add   cabbage and spring onion and  frying in another pan.

Spring roller sheets are available  in the market. If it is not in hand, then prepare flour dough with flour, salt, oil and water and slice it like a bread and make it four corners.

Then give the pour in the bread on one side and fold  it from the both  sides. Then pin-up the other side of the roll with some flour paste so that the roll pour  can not go out.

Now roast the roll  in the oil until red colour.

Serve with tomato sauce.

2. Noodles Roll

Ingredients:

Chicken kima  1/2 cup (also used beef Lima or shrimp)
2   Eggs  ( 1 egg boiled)

1 cup of peas

2 and 1/2 cup  Noodles

1 Onion (medium) chopped
3 Green chili chopped
Cabbage chopped  1/2 cup

1 Carrot chopped

1/2 Capsicum chopped
Soy sauce   1 tabspoon

Tomato sauce    2 tabspoon
Salt to taste

For rolling sheets

Flour 1 and 1/2 cup

Water as needed

Salt a pinch

Oil a little amount

Method:

Flour mix with salt, water and oil and makes dough

Break the noodles and boil it.

Heat oil in a pan and add onion and chicken and fry well. Now add egg and vegetables and fry. Then add noodles,salt,soy sauce,tomato ketchup, green chili and keep stirring. After that remove from heat. 

Now boiled egg cut into some pieces.

Now makes some bread . Give the pour in the bread on one side. Now makes it round shape and pin-up the other side with flour paste.

Now fry it until crispy.

Serve with sauce.

3. Noodles roll-2

Ingredients:

Stick noodles boiled    1 packet
1  Egg

Cabbage chopped    2 Cup
2   Potatoes ( boiled and chopped)
1  Onion chopped

5-6 Green chili chopped
Coriander leaves chopped   2 teaspoon

Taste maker   1 packet
Salt to  taste
Oil for deep frying

For dough:

Flour – 5 cups
2  Egg
Baking soda    1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Water as needed

For quoting:

Toast powder
3  Eggs

Method:

First, beaten an egg and mix with  flour, salt, soda and water asmakero Makes thin dough. Keep aside.

Heat  oil in a pan and fry the cabbage chopped until boiled. Then remove from heat.

Heat oil in a pan again and add onion chopped and green chili. Then add beaten eggs, boiled potato and boiled noodles. Add test maker and mix well.

Now add coriander leaves chopped and then remove from heat.

Now, after brushing oil in a nonstick pan, will have to make bread like thin  bread out of the dough. When the bread will be made, spread it in a bread tray. Then give the noodles in the bread roll.

Then pin-up the  roll with the flour paste.

Once all of them are made, break 3 eggs and bite them with salt. The rolls should be rolled on the biscuit of the submersion. Allow refrigeration to be set for 15/20 minutes. After that, boil in medium flame.

Serve with  sauce.
