Noodles Recipe from Bangladesh cuisine

Noodles are a staple food in many cultures. The word “Noodles” derived from the German word ‘Nudel’.A nature article claimed the oldest evidence of noodle consumption was from 4000 years ago in China.

1. Egg-vegetables Noodles

Ingredients

• Noodles – 200 g
• Cauliflower – 1/2 cup (cut into small size)
• Cabbage-1/2 cup (well-crushed)
• Beans -1 / 2 cups
• Carrot -1 / 2 cups (well chopped)
• Cowpea-1/2 cup (cut into small size)
• onion-1 medium (chopped)
• Green chillies – 3-4 (chopped)
• Soy sauce – 1 teaspoon
• Hot sauce or tomato sauce – 1 teaspoon
• Chile sauce – 1 teaspoon (optional)
• Oil-3 table spoons
• Salt to taste
•  2 Egg-boiling (for  garnishing)

Method

When 1 liter of water gets hot in pan, cook it with 2 teaspoons of salt and cook until it is boiled with noodles. Drain the water from the noodles. Then boil all the vegetables in a pan for 2-3 minutes and mix it with 1/4 teaspoon salt and drain the water.

Heat oil in a large pan and stir it with onion chopped. Let the onion become soft and roast for 5 minutes with vegetables. Then stir with noodles for another 3 minutes. Then stir the mixture with all the sauce in the noodles and keep it for 2 minutes. Now boiled eggs cut into small size and keep it for garnishing.

2. Spicy Chicken Noodles

Ingredients:

Noodles 200 g

100 grams of chicken ( boiled)

Onion chopped 1 cup

Tomato chopped 1 cup

Capsicum chopped 1 cup

1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste

4-5 Cinnamon

Chili powder  1 teaspoon

Soya sauce 2 teaspoon

Tomato sauce 2 teaspoon

Chili sauce 2 teaspoon

Oil as needed

Salt to taste

Method

First, boil the noodles in hot water. Now keep it in cold water and then drain the water.

Now heat oil in a pan and then fry the noodles and then keep a plate.

Take another pan. Heat  oil and add ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, onion chopped, tomato chopped and capsicum. Then add steamed chicken,soya sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce and salt. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Then add fried noodles. Stirring well. Remove from heat and serve it.

3. Mosaka Noodles

Materials :

Bread: 1 slice
Spinach chopped 1/2 cup
Milk ( lightly hot): 1/2 cup
Boiled Noodles : 1/2 kg
1/2 kg of meat
Eggs: 4
Salt: 2 teaspoon
Butter 3 tabspoon
Black pepper powder 1/2 cups
Milk density: 1/2 cup

Coriander chopped: 1/2 cup
Cheese chopped 1/4 cups

Prepare:

Heat the bread in gentle hot milk. If the bread is soft, then rotate with a spoon.

Mix bread,1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 2 teaspoons of coriander leaves and 1/4 cup spinach together.

Now sprinkle two eggs, add noodles and remaining salt,black pepper.

Keep the rest of the butter in the pan of two kilograms. Sprinkle the remaining coriander leaves and spinach. Spread the meat equally. Spread the noodles on top.

After that bake 30 minutes at 180 oz at Oven.

 Sprinkle two eggs and mix  milk and cheese chopped. Pour over the noodles. Do not baked for 30 minutes or until brown color again.

4. Egg Noodles

Ingredients

Chicken kima 200 grams
Water 1 liter
Carrots,Papaya,Cowpea 200 grams
Ginger chopped 1 tabspoon
Onion chopped 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
200 grams of boiled noodles
1 teaspoon of green chili chopped
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Cornflower 30 grams
Egg 1

Prepare:

Chicken keema, green chili chopped and 1 tabspoon of lemon juice mix together and makes a small balls.

1 liter chicken stock stays burning in the stove, then add vegetables, ginger, chicken balls and noodles. After 2 minutes , add the cornflower, egg, lemon juice. After thickening, finally add onion leaves and green chillies and serve hot.

5. Fried Noodles with Beef

Ingredients

Beef  300 g
Soya sauce  2 tablespoon
Noodles   225 grams
Soybean oil  5 tablespoons
Leek   150 g
Carrots  150 g
Chili powder  1/2 teaspoons
Ginger powder  1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Method

Make small slices of meat. Soak 2 teaspoons of soya sauce for 30 minutes. Occasionally the meat will forward.

Take boiled noodles.

Leek cut into  3 cm long and also carrot.

Heat 2 tablespoon oil in the pan.The meat remove from soya sauce. Give salt. Keep stirnning and fry it.

Beef boiled with 3 cups of water. When the water is dry and the meat is boiled, then add leek, carrots and keep cooking for 4 minutes. The soya sauce which was soaked in the meat, add this  soya sauce. Keep in a bowl.

Heat the oil in a pan. Add noodles and fry for  10 minutes. Mix salt, chili and ginger together. Fry for another 1 minute.

Serve the meat and vegetables around with a noodles in the dish.

6. Noodles with Meat Sauce

Ingredients

Noodles  2 packets (boiled)

1 cup of meat

1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste

Onion cubes half cup

2-3 Dry chilli chopped

Tomato-soya sauce half cup

Chili sauce 1 table spoon

Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon

Hot Spicy masala powder quarter teaspoon

Cornflower 2 teaspoons

Oil as needed

Salt to taste.

Prepare:

First meat cut into long and thin. Heat the oil in the frying pan and add onion, ginger-garlic-salt-meat, dry chillies and hot spices masala powder. Cook for a few minutes. If need then add some water.Tomato sauce, chili sauce, cornflower, stirring a little cold water while boiling meat. Finally add black pepper powder. Serve warmly with noodles.
