Fruits cake recipe from Bengali cuisine
Fruits cake recipe collection from Bengali cuisine. We make some different types of dishes in everyday but i think this fruits cake recipe is one of the most different items in Bengali cuisine.
Yeah, here used various types of fruits which we used as normal position but here’s it used for a cake.

1 cup of flour
2 tablespoons of water
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of soybean oil and 1/2 cup of ghee
2 tablespoons of full cream milk powder
Vanenila essence 4 drops
1 Baking paper
First take the fresh flour, milk, baking powder and then after take a bowl and eggs bite for 5 minutes.
Then add sugar and bite again 3 minutes . After that add vanilla essence, oil and ghee and again bite for 10 seconds . Add the flour and water and mix it well.
After that bite again for 20 seconds. Then turn off the bite. Then spread the baking paper in the cake dice and brush the well oil and then pour the cake mixture and bake at 160 degrees to 30 minutes in the oven. Hit the top and down and keep the oven tray in below side. You can check this , if it is raw, then bake again for 10 minutes. Then take down and cut it.
Soft cream 200 grams (to be kept out of the refrigerator for two hours at room temperature)
Icing sugar or refined sugar 450 g
Liquid Milk 2 tablespoons
1. Take an electric beater. Take butter in a bowl. Bite 2 or 3 minutes with bitter . You can also use hand beats if you want. This will take a longer time.
Take fruits as you like and cut all the fruits smaller size.
Now spread the polythene in a big bowl and garnish all kinds of fruits.
After that add cream but do not give all the cream.
After that keep the cake and give fruit again.
Then keep the cake again with the rest cream and keep for for 3/4 hours in normal temperature of a refrigerator.
After that remove the polythene and serve the delicious fruits cake.
