Food : Layer Chocolate Cake

Cake is one of the most favourite  food for everyone and everynation.

Ingredients

Heavy whipping cream  1 litre

Milk   500 ml

For the white chocolate layer

250 gm white chocolate

Unflavored gelatin 1 teaspoon

Cold water  2 tablespoon

For the milk chocolate layer

Milk chocolate  250gm

Unflavored gelatin  1 teaspoon

Cold water  2 tablespoon

For the dark chocolate layer

Dark chocolate 250 gm

Sugar  4 tablespoon

Unflavored gelatin 2 teaspoon

Cold water  2 tablespoon

For the Oreo layer

24 Oreo cookies  ( 1 used double chocolate and left the filling, if using regular oreos ,scrope out the filling)

Sugar  2 tablespoon

Melted butter  100gm

For the ganache

Semi sweet chocolate  100 gm

Heavy cream  1/2 cup

 

Berries for garnishing

Directions

At first a pan combine milk and cream and heat over it medium heat, until it starts to boil then remove from heat and divide it into 3 equal parts.

For the white chocolate layer sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a bowl , let it stand for a few  minutes until gelatin expands then heat over a double boiler to liquify. Then place chocolate in a bowl and pour hot liquid over it . Let it stand for 1 or 2 minutes and whisk to combine and then add gelatin and whisk to combine. Generously spray a bundit pan with cooking spray . Pour mixture in the pan. Now it refrigerator for 30 minutes or more, until set.

For the milk chocolate layer sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a bowl, let it stand for a few minutes , until gelatin expands then heat over a double boiler to liquify. Now place chocolate in a bowl and pour hot liquid over it . Let it stands for 1 or 2 minutes and whist to combine.

Then add gelatin and whist to combine and carefully pour in the bundit pan, over the white chocolate layer and finally refrigerator for 30 minutes or until set.

For the dark chocolate layer sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a bowl , let it stand for a few minutes until gelatin expands then heat over a double boiler to liquify . Now place chocolate in a bowl and pour hot liquid over it . Then add sugar and let it stand food 1 or 2 minutes and whisk to combine. Now add gelatin and whisk to combine and carefully pour mixture over the milk chocolate layer and then it refrigerator for 30 minutes.

For the Oreo layer Sugar and butter mix to combine. When the dark chocolate layer is set, very carefully add the crust layer using a spoon to distribute it and then lightly press it over the dark chocolate layer and refrigerator for 30 minutes.

For the ganache in a pan, heat heavy cream until it begins to boil and remove immediately. Now place chocolate in a bowl and pour hot cream on top and add peppermint extract. Let it sit for 1 minute then stir with a rubber spatula , then mix it smoothly. Let it cool a little, before you use it  because it still needs to be thin , so it drips down the cake.

Finally when it ready to remove the cake from the pan , use a hair dryer to heat the walls of the  pan or dip it in hot water for 1 minutes to loosen then invert onto a serving platter. Noiw pour chocolate ganache on top and add berries for garnishing.
