Food: Carrot Cake

Cake is so much delicious food in whole world.


8 eggs

Sugar 2 and half cup

Oil cake 1 cup

Sweetened Carrot juice 1 cup

Grated carrots 1 cup

Ground hazelnut 2 cup

Flour 5 cup

Baking powder 2 tabspoon


At first beat eggs and sugar until light and creamy. Than preheat your oven to 400°F. Now add oil and juice . Carrots ,  hazelnuts and flour mixed with baking powder. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake in the oven for 50 minutes. Than cool. Than sift powder, sugar and stir in lemon juice drop by drop to make a smooth. Than it let the dry.
