1.Egg Tomato Combinations-1

Tomatoes and egg are very cheap in the market.So we can make different types of dish with tomatoes.

Materials :

Tomato 3-4
Eggs 2 (you can take as much as you want)
Onion chopped 1/2 cup
Garlic chopped 5-6 pieces
Ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon
2-3 green chili chopped
Turmeric powder (a little amount)
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tabspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Ghee 1 teaspoon
1 cardamom and cinnamon
A little amount of fried cumin powder
Coriander leaves chopped (optional)

Method:

Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
Now put oil in a frying pan or curry.
Now add cardamom and cinnamon in oil.
Then add all ingredients and stirring.
Now add tomato and salt and stirring well and cover it.
Cooks on low flame.

When tomato will be boiled then it juicy or remove water.

After drying the water then the tomatoes keep in a side and break the eggs in the middle and mix eggs with tomato.
Now cooks on low flame.

When the juice will be dry then add cumin powder, ghee, sugar, and green chili.

Add coriander leaves chopped. When nice smile will be emerge then remove from heat.

Serve with paratha, white rice or bread.

2.Egg-Tomato curry

Materials:

Oil 1 tabspoon
2 onions chopped
8-10 tomatoes
Cumin powder 2 teaspoons
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
5 eggs
5-6 chilies
Coriander leaves chopped 2 teaspoons

Method:

Heat oil in a pan and add onion chopped and stir it on until it turns brown.

Then add tomato chopped, cumin powder, turmeric and salt. After a while, add 5-6 eggs and sprinkle the raw chili powder on it.

After that remove from heat. Then egg-tomato curry was prepared.

Serve hot with bread or rice.

3. Dhaba Egg Curry

Ingredients:

8 Eggs (boiled)
Tomato paste  1 cup
Soybean oil   1/2 cups
Onion chopped (finely)   1 cup
Cumin seeds  1/2 teaspoon
2 Green chili
Salt to taste
1 Bayleaf

Turmeric powder  1 teaspoon
Chilli powder  2 teaspoons
Coriander powder  1 teaspoon
Ginger grated  1 teaspoon
Garlic grate  1 teaspoon
Hot spicy powder: 1 teaspoon
Fried cumin powder  1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Ginger curry   1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves chopped  2 table spoons

Method:

Mix turmeric powder and salt with the eggs  and fry  it in the oil. Keep aside.
Now add bay leaf and cumin seeds ,after that onion chopped and until soft and golden.
Then apply tomatoes paste, all ingredients,, hot spices  with 1/4 cup of water.
Mix spices  well  with oil and then add fried eggs. Give 1/2 cup water.
Now it is 10 minutes to cook.
Add sugar, cumin powder, coriander and green chili and cooks for another 2 minutes.

Then turn off the heat and serve it with coriander leaves chopped.
