Egg Curry

Egg Curry recipe from Bangladesh cuisine

Eggs is one of the most nutritious foods. Almost everyone used this. Here is some recipe of Bangladesh cuisine but it is completely local dish of Bangladesh.

1. Dal Egg Curry

Materials :

8 Eggs (boiled)

Cumin paste 2 teaspoons
Pea 1 and  1/2 cup

1 Bay leaf
5-6 Onion paste
Salt 2 teaspoons
Ginger paste 2 teaspoons
Sugar 1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon of garlic paste
Oil 1/3 cup
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
2 tablespoons of ghee
Chilli paste 1 teaspoon
Frued Cumin  powder 1 teaspoon
2 teaspoons of coriander powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder


Boiled the pea in 5 cups of water.

Heat the oil in a pan and add onion paste, bay leaf and 2 green chili. Fry it until brown. Then add other masala ingredients and 1/2 cup of water and cook well.

Add Pea, salt and sugar. Now add boiled eggs and 3-4 green chili and cooks  for 2-3 minutes. If it is  too thick, give 1 to 2 cups of water.

Give 2 tablespoons of ghee .

Now serve hot.

2. Mung Bean -Eggs Curry


Chicken egg  – 4 ( boiled)

Mung bean  250 grams

5 onion chopped

 Ginger paste 2 teaspoon

1 Garlic chopped

Turmeric powder  1 teaspoon

Chili powder 1 teaspoon

Coriander powder 1 tabspoon

Fry cumin powder 1 teaspoonn

Bay leaf 2

Salt to taste

Oil as needed

Ghee 2 teaspoon

Cardamom &  Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon

Green chilli 4/5 (slice)

1 teaspoon of sugar.


First the  mung bean will be fry. Peel the eggs. Now wash the pulses and wash it. 

Heat oil in a pan and fry some onion chopped and keep aside. Now fry the eggs. Keep aside.

Add all ingredients and cooks well. If needed then add some water.

When it blooms then give fried eggs. Add green chili and sugar. Cover it and cooks for 4-5 minutes.

Serve it.
