Ingredients:

Flour 1 cup
4 Eggs
Sugar 1 cup
Chocolate essence 1 Teaspoon
Oil 1 / 2 cups
Cocoa powder 4 tablespoons
Milk powder 4 tablespoons
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Coffee 1 packet
Melted dark chocolate 3 tabspoons

Method

Separate the white parts of eggs and bite by the bitter and makes foam.
Now add sugar slowly and continue beaten. Then add eggs yolk one by one and beaten continuously. It’s makes huge foam and continuously blooms.

Now take the 2 teaspoon of light warm milk and add coffee and it should be cool.
After that it adds with the foam and keep beaten. Again add chocolate essence and beaten continuously.
Now add oil and keep light beaten.

Now dark chocolate will be melt in a double boiler and then keep for cooling. After that mux with the foam mixture and lightly beaten.

Now add flour, milk powder, baking powder and cocoa powder mix together and stirring carefully with a spatula and mix them with egg mixture slowly.

Now brushed oil in that paper and bake at 180 ° c for 35 minutes in the preheated oven.

When it will be makes perfect then keep for cooling.
Cream serve on top of the cake and serve the delicious dark chocolate cake.

(2) Cake creams making materials–

100 grams of fine butter (but not too soft then the cream will not be good.)
1 cup of icing sugar or chopped sugar
Cold liquid milk 4-5 tablespoons
Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

Method:

  • Mix the icing sugar  with the butter.
  • Bit with electric bitters in a large containers and bite on high level and slow level.
  • The add vanilla and bite  2- 3 minutes.
  • Now add cold milk and bite again.
  • Do not mix all the milk at once, then the sugar will not melt and the cream will be damaged and the taste will be lost.
  • Milk add slowly and continuously bite   until the cream is melted, it does not take much time.
  • After mixing the milk  all the sugar will melt and it will be creamy.
  • If you think sugar is not melted then add more milk.

If you want to color, you can do it. After mixing the colors in the creams, keep them refrigerated at 10 minutes.
Now make a design with cream and serve .
