Collection of Chop recipe of Indian subcontinent

1. Liver Chop

Ingredients

Potatoes – 4/5( medium)
Liver – 1 cup (cow or Goat)
Cumin powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Eggs – 1
toast biscuits
Oil – for the frying
Salt – according to taste
Dry chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
3-4 Green chili chopped
Coriander leaves – 1 table spoon

Prepare:

First, take boiled potato and liver. Then except egg, toast biscuits and oil,  mix all the ingredients together. Makes shape as you like.

Then chop mix with the eggs and Yost biscuits powder and kept frozen  for 10 minutes. Then heat the oil in the pan and add to it. When the oil becomes hot, leave the chopped  and fry it. Once fried, boil it and serve hot  with tomato or coriander leaves can be sauces.

2. Semolina chop

 

Ingredients

Semolina 1/2 cup
1 Potato chopped (Light vapor)
Cabbage chopped 1/2 cup
Green chili chopped as needed
Eggs 1
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves chopped
Oil 2 tabspoon
1/2 cup of water
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon

Method

All ingredients mix in a pan and cook on a stove and makes a thick dough. Then cool down and make chops with the choice.

Make a chop and mix it in the breadcrumbs and after some time put  fridge and put on the soya oil and fring. Now ready semolina (suji) chop.

3. Chira & vegetables Chop

Ingredients

Chira one and a half cups (3 to 4 minutes of wetting water)
Potato( cut small cubes) half cup
Carrots small cubes of 3 tablespoons
Peas half cup
Onion chopped half cup
2 teaspoons of ghee
Ginger finely chopped 1 tablespoon
Chili powder
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tablespoons

Method

Heat oil in a pan and add some cumin seeds.
Then add onion chopped and after 1 minute add all ingredients.
When the vegetables are boiled, cook it with chira and green chili chopped.
Mix well with  vegetables, then cool down the mixture.
Make a small chap from this mixture and mix it with biscuit powder.
Now fried  with deep oil.

4. Mixed Vegetables chop

Ingredients

100 gm Carrot

100 gm Cowpea

50 gm Potato

100 gm raw banana

50 gm pea- flour

20 gm Cornflower

Salt to taste

3 eggs

100 gm breadcrumbs

Method

All ingredients should be boiled and blend by hand  in a pan. Now pea -flour, cornflower and salt mix with vegetables. Makes chop shape.

Now egg mix with breadcrumbs and add chop.

Now fry on deep oil.

5. Cauliflower chop

Ingredients

Ginger paste

Chilli powder 1 teaspoon

Cumin powder & Coriander powder 1 teaspoon

Flour & pea- flour 1 cup

Salt to taste

Oil for frying

Water as needed

Method

First cauliflower should be vapor. Mix all ingredients except oil and makes a mixture. Now cauliflower mix with and fried.

6. Rice Chop

Ingredients:

Sticky rice 2 cups (cooked rice like polao can be cooked with plain rice) rice should be  half broken.
Beef kema 2 cups
Flour 1 cup
Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup

2 eggs
Oil for frying

How to make sticky / sticky rice:

Rice 2 cups
Ginger-garlic paste half a teaspoon

Salt to taste
1 onion chopped
3-4 green chili

Preparation:

First, take 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan and add onion chopped and  fry it with light brown.Then add ginger-garlic paste and green chili. Now add   rice and salt and take two minutes of hot water. So that Rice blossom well. The rice is not as strong. When rice will be cooked then  take a bowl.

Kema Cooking Ingredients:

Beef kema 2 Cup
Ginger paste 1 teaspoon

Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
1 onions  chopped
Black pepper powder half teaspoon
Salt to taste
Hot spices masala 1/2 tea spoon
Fry cumin Powder 1/2 Tea Spoon

Coriander leaves chopped 1 table spoon
2-3 green chili slices

Kima cooking process

2 tablespoons of oil heat in a pan and add onion chopped and kima and fring for 2 minutes.Then ginger-garlic paste and mix it together with all the ingredients. Cook 15-20 minutes  on medium flame. Add coriander leaves chopped before remove from heat.

Chop made:

Take 1 table spoon rice and make balls. Makes a hole and put there beef kima  and  makes ball again. Take a little water in the hand. In this way, making all the balls will be kept in the fridge for 20/25 minutes. The oil will heat the oven to keep it in the middle. Rice ball must be grounded in the first flour, then immersed in the beaten egg,  the toast and grind them in the deep oil. Now ready  rice chop. Serve with chutney or tomato sauce.

7. Egg Chop

Ingredients:

boiled potato – (4 medium size)
Boiled egg- 4
Fried onion chopped- 1/2 cup
Hot spicy masala powder 1 teaspoon
Green chili chopped as needed
Coriander leaves chopped as needed
Breadcrumbs
1 beaten egg
Salt to taste
Oil – for frying

Preparation

In the firs,  boiled potatoes are well blend and mix with fried onion chopped, hot spicy masala,chopped chilli, coriander leaves and salt . Now cover one whole egg with one part, and divide it into 4 equal parts. Similarly, with the remaining three parts, 3 Cover the eggs in one by one, and then mix with the breadcrumbs and fry in deep oil.

Now ready it.

8. Chicken chop/ Chicken Potato Chop

Materials

Boiled Potato (Medium size 5-6)

Chicken breast big 1 piece

Fried Onion chopped 2 tablespoons
2 fried red chili powder

Green chili powder as needed
Coriander leaves chopped
Salt to taste

Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon
Hot spicy masala powder 1/2 teaspoon

Breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons
Flour like the need
1 Egg

Method

Boil potatoes blend by hand.

Chicken pieces should be boiled with 1 spoon soy sauce, salt and  knead it with your hands.

Mix all the ingredients well. Now makes chop shape adding with flour(for binding).
Keep it frozen for a while.

Remove from the fridge and mix with breadcrumbs and fry in deep oil.
