1. Chinese vegetables clear soup

 Vegetable Clear Soups are most favourite for everyone.


1 cup  carrots ( chopped)
1 and 1/2 cup broccoli florets

6  cups clear vegetable stock
3  teaspoon of oil
1 teaspoon ginger ( finely chopped)
2 teaspoon garlic ( finely chopped)
1 teaspoon green chillies ( finely chopped)
Salt to taste
1 cup bean sprouts
Black pepper (ground)  to taste

1 cup crispy rice for topping


Heat oil in a pan and add the ginger, garlic and green chillies and saute on high flame for 30 seconds.
Now add the carrot and broccoli and cook on  high flame for 2 minutes.
After that add the clear vegetable stock and salt then mix well and cook again on  high flame for 5 minutes.
Then add the bean sprouts and pepper powder and mix well and cook again for 2 minutes and stirring occasionally.
Serve hot  with crispy rice.
