1.Chicken Chow mein

Noodles 1 packet
Soy sauce 1 tabspoon
Tomato sauce 1 tabspoon
Sweet Chili sauce 1 tabspoonn
2-3 green chili
2 Dry red chili
Salt to taste
Olive oil 2 tabspoon
Ginger chopped grated 1 tabspoon
Garlic chopped 1 tabspoon
Chicken (cut into cubes) 1 cup
2 Onion chopped
Cabbage chopped 1 cup
Carrot chopped 1 cup
(You can use cauliflower or capsicum or use your favorite vegetables)
Sesame a pinch
Fish sauce 1 tabspoon
Oyster sauce 1 tabspoon
Oregano a little amount
Boil the noodles in a container with a little salt and oil. Now wash the water with cold water and drain the water.
Then heat some olive oil in frying pan and add some sesame seeds. Now roast the garlic and ginger in the oil. If it is fried then add chicken and onion chopped.
Now add the pepper and vegetables. When the vegetables are a little boiled then add the fish sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce, oyster sauce.
Now add the noodles and stirring it well. Give Sweet Chili Sauce. Sprinkle a little oregano. Take down the amount of salt at the end.
Now ready the delicious dishes and Serve hot.
