1. Chicken Caomin

Materials :

Noodles 1 packet
1 Egg
Shrimp medium 5 – 6
1 Tomatoes
Capsicum 1 teaspoon (cut into cube )
Pea 1 teaspoon
2 Onion chopped

Green chili chopped
Oil as needed
Soya Sauces 1 teaspoon

Salt to taste

Prepare:

Boil noodles and let it water fall.

Heat oil in a pans. Put soya sauce in the shrimp and fry it.Now add onion chopped. If the onion is soft, then add the eggs and then bite. Give a little salt. Now fry with peas and capsicum. If it is fry then give the noodles. Cook for 2 minutes. Now add green chili and tomatoes. Serve hot with grilled shrimp and sauce on top.

2. Beef Caomin

Ingredients

Noodles 1 packet

Beef (without bone) – 1 cup
Soya Sauces – 2 tablespoons
Chile sauce – 1 table spoon
Tomato sauce
Ginger and garlic finely chopped – 2 teaspoons
Onion chopped
Red and Green Capsicum chopped as your choice
Onion( bud)chopped – according to the amount
Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste

Prepare:

Heat oil in a pan and add the ginger, garlic and fry it. When flavour becomes to  starts, give the beef.

Give  soya sauce in a little bit. Mix well.

If the soya sauce is dry, add chili sauce and cook  for another 10 minutes.

Now add Onion chopped, Capsicum chopped, Onion bud chopped, noodles and salt.

Mix it well and cook for 10 minutes. Sprinkle Tomato Sauce and onion bud chopped before removing from heat. Then please serve hot.

If you want, you can spray your favorite vegetables and chicken instead.
