Bengali snacks is most delicious in Bengali cuisine. Basically Bengali peoples are so much  foodie. They likes various snacks in there cuisine. Here is some snacks recipe from Bengali cuisine.

1.Alupori (Potato pori)

Ingredients:

For  making dough:

1 cup flour

Light hot water 1/4 cup

Oil 1 tablespoon

Salt 1 teaspoon

For pour:

2 Medium potato

Onion chopped 3 tablespoons

3 Dry red chili

Salt to taste

Oil for frying

Method:

Keep the dough ingredients well and cover it and keep aside for four hours.

Take 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and roast the dry red chili and onion  chopped.
Boil the potatoes and peel it. Then add fried dry chili and onion and salt and mix well.
After 3-4 hours,  again the dough mix well and divided into   five to six equal parts. Take one from the doughs and fill it with 1 tablespoon of potato pour and  bend it well surround.
Heat oil in a  pan  . Then  fry it on  medium flame until brown.

Serve hot with  salad, tomato sauce and tea.

 

2. Potato-Tomato Pakora

Ingredients:

Pea-flour       1/2 cup
Potato chopped     1 cup
Tomato chopped    1 cup

1 cup of onion chopped

Chili powder    1/2 teaspoon

Ginger -garlic paste   1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder a little pinch
Cornflower     1 tabspoon
2-3 green chili chopped

3-4  Coriander leaves chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for  frying

Method:
● Everything mix well   except pea-flour and oil. Makes some small balls.

● After that  mix a little bit of pea-flour.

● Then heat the oil in a pan and fry until golden.

● Serve hot with  any sauce.
