Beef 1 kg
Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Onion paste 1 tabspoon
A little pinch of Black pepper powder
White pepper powder slightly
Two tablespoons of Olive oil
Hot spicy masala powder half teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 tabspoon
Salt to taste
First blend the onion, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil together in a blender and blend well.
Now mix the meat, blended spices, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, hot spice masala powder and salt in a bowl and keep it in the refrigerator for an hour for marinating.
